Main duties
- Assess client needs by conducting the initial interview and evaluating the client's condition in order to establish a personalized treatment plan;
- Provide massage therapy treatments by delivering therapeutic massages adapted to the needs and condition of each client;
- Provide orthotherapy treatments, including applying mobilization and muscle relaxation techniques aimed at relieving pain and improving posture;
- Provide massokinesitherapy treatments, including integrating joint mobilization, stretching and massage techniques to promote relaxation and well-being;
- Write and maintain client files, including observations, treatments performed and recommendations;
- Other related duties.
Required Qualifications
Experience: At least 1 year and 9 months of experience as a massage therapist is required.
Education: A high school diploma, or equivalent, and vocational training totaling 1,000 hours in massage therapy, kinesitherapy and orthotherapy are required.
