JOB DESCRIPTION

Cogir Immobilier is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building located in Gatineau. Are you a versatile person, handy and with a sharp sense of organization? You're the person we need!

GENERAL ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in events organized for tenants when required.

Administration

• Provide high-level customer service

Care

• Respond to all emergency situations

Construction

• Maintain the property's spaces and systems
• Maintain the cleanliness of the premises
• Shovel or salt outdoor entrances
• Make service calls
• Maintain the grounds
• Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lots
• Preventive maintenance on equipment
• Clean the administrative office
• Take out the trash

Food Service

• Take inventory of service equipment and make purchases if necessary while respecting budgets
• Perform all other related tasks

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an asset.
• Bilingualism, both spoken and written
• Professional studies diploma (DEP)
• Secondary school diploma (DES)
• Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
