Job Title: Recreational Boat and Vehicle Mechanic (NOC 72423)

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
Position Type: Permanent, full-time

Main Duties
- Perform oil changes and filter replacements on recreational and fishing boats, ATVs and snowmobiles;
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems in engines using diagnostic tools;
- Prepare boats for winter storage and carry out their return to service in the spring;
- Prepare snowmobiles for the winter season and store them in the spring;
- Perform preventive maintenance on engines and components (spark plugs, belts, brakes, anodes, water pump impellers);
- Repair or replace defective parts (propellers, suspensions, transmissions, steering systems);
- Wash and clean boats, ATVs, side-by-side vehicles and snowmobiles;
- Keep maintenance records up to date and inform customers of required repairs;
- Other related tasks.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 10 years of experience as a mechanic is required.
Education: Vocational diploma in mechanics (or equivalent).
Language: French
