Director, Technology, Salesforce and Artificial Intelligence

Director, Technology, Salesforce and Artificial Intelligence to its team, who will oversee the company's technology strategy and contribute directly to its evolution, productivity and growth. This is a role that is both strategic and highly hands-on. The person sought will not only be responsible for managing suppliers or projects: they will need to thoroughly understand Servwash's operations, identify opportunities for improvement and automation, design solutions and, where relevant, take part directly in their development and implementation. Salesforce is a central platform for Servwash. The incumbent will become its main internal owner while leading the development of the company's artificial intelligence, automation, integration and digital transformation initiatives. The objective is simple: use technology intelligently to make Servwash more efficient, more automated, better informed and more high-performing. Key responsibilities

Technology strategy and digital transformation

• Develop and manage the technology roadmap and Servwash's technology priorities in collaboration with management.
• Translate the company's business objectives into concrete, measurable and scalable technology initiatives.
• Analyze the business processes of all departments to identify inefficiencies, manual tasks and opportunities for technological improvement.
• Recommend and implement solutions that improve productivity, information quality, customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate new platforms and technologies based on their real value to the company, their cost, their security and their ability to integrate with existing systems.

Salesforce

• Take on internal responsibility for Servwash's entire Salesforce ecosystem.
• Define and evolve the Salesforce architecture and strategy according to the company's current and future needs.
• Oversee the administration, configuration, development and continuous improvement of the platform.
• Design and develop automations, workflows, objects, applications and features that improve business processes.
• Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and the company's other systems.
• Ensure the quality, integrity and structure of the data.
• Develop the dashboards, performance indicators and reporting tools needed by management and the various departments.
• Improve user adoption of Salesforce and ensure the platform remains intuitive and suited to operational realities.
• Collaborate with external Salesforce partners when specialized skills or additional resources are required.

Artificial intelligence and automation

• Lead Servwash's artificial intelligence and automation strategy and initiatives.
• Proactively identify processes that could benefit from AI or automation.
• Design, test and deploy AI solutions with practical applications in the company's operations.
• Explore in particular the possibilities of using AI in customer service, technical support, sales, operations, data analysis, document management and decision support.
• Evaluate the various AI platforms, models and technologies and recommend the solutions best suited to Servwash.
• Ensure that AI initiatives produce measurable benefits rather than adopting a technology simply because it is new.
• Establish appropriate practices regarding the security, privacy, governance and responsible use of AI.

Systems, Development and Integrations

• Develop and manage integrations, internal applications, dashboards, reporting tools and other business systems as needed.
• Design solutions that allow Servwash's various systems to communicate effectively with one another.
• Take a direct part in the development, prototyping and configuration of solutions when relevant.
• Determine which solutions should be developed in-house and which should be entrusted to specialized partners.
• Maintain a scalable technology architecture that supports the company's growth.

Business Processes

• Work directly with department managers to understand their operations, challenges and objectives.
• Map existing processes and identify repetitive tasks, duplicate data entry, unnecessary delays and other sources of inefficiency.
• Propose technological improvements and automations that simplify processes.
• Support teams in implementing new ways of working and measure the results obtained.

Data, Security and Continuity

• Coordinate, with management and external suppliers as needed, appropriate practices regarding data governance, system access, cybersecurity, backup and business continuity.
• Ensure that system access respects user responsibilities and security best practices.
• Take part in defining the technology policies and standards needed for the company's growth.

Training, Documentation and Knowledge Transfer

• Train and support key personnel in using systems and new technology solutions.
• Foster the adoption of new tools and processes.
• Maintain complete and structured documentation of systems, integrations, automations, processes, configurations and solutions developed.
• Ensure that essential technological knowledge remains accessible to Servwash and does not depend on a single person or an external supplier.

Management of Suppliers and Technology Investments

• Manage Servwash's suppliers, consultants and technology partners.
• Oversee technology platforms, licenses, projects and budgets in line with management approvals.
• Assess the performance, costs and value delivered by the various vendors and solutions.
• Use external consultants strategically to access specialized expertise or temporarily increase development capacity, while maintaining ownership and control of systems in-house.

Communication with management

• Regularly inform management of technology priorities, project progress, risks, opportunities and expected outcomes for the company.
• Present technology recommendations in terms of business impact, costs, benefits, risks and return on investment.
• Take part in strategic discussions when technology, data, automation or AI can contribute to the company's objectives.

Innovation and technology watch

• Stay informed of relevant developments in artificial intelligence, Salesforce, automation, systems integration and enterprise technologies.
• Proactively identify technologies likely to provide a competitive advantage to Servwash.
• Test and validate new technologies before recommending their broader deployment.

Candidate profile Servwash is primarily looking for a person who is highly technically skilled, curious, autonomous and business-oriented. The ideal candidate does not limit themselves to executing technology requests. They first seek to understand the business problem, challenge processes when necessary, and propose solutions that are simpler, more effective and more scalable. Experience and skills sought

• Significant experience in a senior role in technology, solution architecture, Salesforce or digital transformation.
• Strong expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce Flow, automation, data models, integrations and APIs.
• Good understanding of Apex, SOQL and development on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience designing architectures and integrations across multiple business systems.
• Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, APIs and process automation.
• Understanding of data governance, security and access management principles.
• Ability to analyze complex operational processes and translate them into technology solutions.
