The male or female cosmetician must offer excellent customer service in order to maximize the sales of cosmetic products.
Main responsibilities- Ensure excellent customer service
- Advise customers on dermo-cosmetics and cosmetics
- Inform customers about the characteristics and benefits of different products in the cosmetics environment, about new products, services and promotions
- Identify customer needs
- Promote the sale of cosmetics
- Carry out transactions with the customer
- Mastery of French (oral and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Desire to stay up-to-date on trends affecting customers in the field of health, beauty and fashion
