
The technical assistant in pharmacy assists the pharmacist in performing routine operations in the pharmacy, ranging from ordering to distributing medications.

Main Responsibilities
- Welcome clients
- Collect data
- Enter client data into the computer system
- Forward claims requests to insurers
- Prepare and classify prescriptions
- Perform cashier functions at the laboratory
- Answer telephone calls
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the laboratory
- Label merchandise
- Respond to patients' general inquiries about over-the-counter medications and refer them to the pharmacist as needed according to the MVL approach
Requirements
- Experience in customer service
- Good knowledge of data entry
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Mastery of French (oral and written)
