FIDGI Communications is a family business operating in the field of privileged car sales. We are currently in our 15th year of operation and are experiencing strong growth in event organization! Moreover, we are proud of our reputation, built mainly on the quality of service offered by our telephone agents.
The position represents an opportunity to be in contact with dealership customers by phone, in order to invite them to make an appointment with their advisor to examine their short, medium and long-term options. It is important to emphasize that we bet on quality rather than quantity! We are looking for candidates with people skills, enthusiasts and listeners, able to communicate, with tact and conviction, the benefits of visiting a dealership.
Job Description :
- Location: From home (100%)
- Progressive hourly rate + bonuses + employer participation in RRSP
- Group insurance (very good plan)
- Experience in call center (outbound calls an asset)
- Bilingual (an asset)
- Basic computer knowledge
- YOU MUST HAVE a recent computer (PC or laptop with Windows interface) as well as a high-speed Internet connection. You must be able to connect to the Internet with a wire rather than WiFi in order to do the job.

Schedule : (according to contractual requirements)
Full-time : 32.5 hours/week over 4 days
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday : 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Thursday : 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Additional hours : your availability for additional hours during peak periods is essential and will be taken into consideration when selecting candidates.
We prioritize bilingual candidates but positions are also available for unilingual Francophone candidates.
