Civil Project Manager - Renewable Energy Sector Client (hybrid mode position)

Project location: Masson, in hybrid mode (presence at the Masson plant mandatory minimum 2 days/week).
Main responsibilities:

• Apply health, safety and environmental policies in the realization of assigned projects.

• Familiarize yourself with the project management tools used (e.g.: IFS, end-of-month forecasts) and use them for administrative project management.

• Follow required training and participate in coordination and maintenance meetings.

• In collaboration with the asset manager, analyze projects, evaluate costs and prepare investment request forms.

• Define external engineering mandates, solicit bids, award and manage engineering contracts.

• Produce end-of-month and end-of-year financial statements for assigned projects.

• Participate in the realization of projects on various power plants/dams in collaboration with engineering consulting firms: organization and support of investigations, review and comments on reports.

• Optimize technical solutions from an efficiency and budget management perspective, while respecting health, safety, security and environmental priorities.

• Supervise construction contracts necessary for the execution of works.

• Manage contracts during planning and execution on the site, and ensure follow-up until completion.

• As needed, finalize projects on technical (e.g.: construction drawings, maintenance manuals, training) and administrative (e.g.: billing, project closure) aspects.
