The HR structure is already in place. Your role will be to advise management and team leaders, evolve existing practices and contribute to the organization's HR priorities.
This position is intended for an experienced, autonomous and pragmatic professional who wants to make a tangible impact while benefiting from the flexibility of a part-time role.
Your role
- Advise senior management and team leaders on HR issues;
- Evolve existing HR policies, processes and practices;
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development activities;
- Support workforce planning;
- Contribute to attracting, engaging and retaining talent;
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and standards;
- Monitor best practices and propose improvements tailored to the organization's needs.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations or a relevant field;
- 5 years or more of relevant experience in human resources;
- Good knowledge of labour laws and standards;
- Excellent judgment and strong interpersonal skills;
- Autonomy, pragmatism and a sense of priorities;
- Ability to act as a partner to senior management and team leaders;
- Comfort in a dynamic and growing environment;
- French-English bilingualism.
