The supervisor supports the service manager in providing customers with fast, quality service. He also assists the service manager with the management activities of his department in order to increase sales and maximize profits. He mobilizes his team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Duties
Supervise staff (apprentices, shelf stockers, design team, etc.)
Assign tasks to sales staff
Order merchandise
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Prepare reports on sales figures, merchandising techniques and staff-related issues
Resolve problems that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain an up-to-date inventory
Supervise and coordinate staff activities
Manage cash
Supervise payroll administration
Conduct performance reviews
Languages: French
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
or equivalent experience

1 year to less than 2 years
