Within your team, your essential role will be

• being the primary contact with customers; your confidentiality, empathy and professionalism will be utilized;
• responding to customer requests within the applicable legal limits of the position while respecting the confidentiality of disclosed information;
• following up on phone calls;
• replenishing merchandise displays.
