Le Belvédère is a transitional housing residence for young people moving toward independence. Our work organization must therefore ensure 24/7 presence in psychosocial intervention, in order to provide a continuum of support. This competition aims to fill the weekday evening position.

Under the authority of the Clinical Coordinator of Le Belvédère, the intervention worker oversees the internal operations and the application of the code of living in the residence. They monitor the resident's intervention plan and take part in team meetings as well as review meetings. They welcome the young people and ensure the safety of the young people and of the premises during evenings and nights.

They manage psychosocial crisis situations. They present and apply the Code de vie and the Code d'éthique of Le Belvédère. They oversee internal operations.

They supervise and develop interests with the young people and motivate them. They organize and lead learning and motivational activities during evenings and days. They communicate with the social workers of the CISSS de l'Outaouais and with the various partners involved with the young people.

They communicate with parents. They prepare and file the logbook to ensure consistency with the team on other shifts. They take part in review meetings.

They take part in the search for alternative solutions for the integration of young people. They perform any other related tasks.
