Roles and responsibilities o Determine the client's eyeglass specifications based on their activities and needs from a prescription issued by an optometrist or ophthalmologist;
o Analyze and adjust the client's eyeglasses;
o Take measurements for eyeglass manufacturing;
o Help the client choose their frame and lenses;
o Verify the sending of orders to our laboratory;
o Follow up on ongoing orders;
o Perform the opening, verification, and follow-up of corneal lens files.

What we're looking for in you o Required training: Visual Orthotics Technique;
o Years of experience related to the job: 1 to 2 years of experience (an asset);
o Demonstrates autonomy and resourcefulness;
o Ability to communicate effectively with clients;
o Has a good team spirit;
o Motivated to offer quality customer service;
o Knows how to define priorities;
o Is meticulous;
o Experience in an optical store (an asset).
