What you will accomplish
- Train and supervise entry-level resources in carrying out their compilation and examination missions
- Make concepts accessible so that resources at different levels can progress in their learning
- Prepare training plans
- Lead various online or in-person training sessions
- Stay up-to-date on new developments and demonstrate curiosity, both regarding standards and Mallette processes, to properly guide resources
- Contribute to various special projects in the certification department related to training
What will contribute to your success
- Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting
- Have at least three (3) years of relevant experience in a accounting firm
- Hold the CPA title (an asset)
- Demonstrate excellent ability to make information accessible and transmit your knowledge to effectively support resources at different levels of experience in their understanding of accounting concepts and work methodologies
- Possessing a high degree of versatility to quickly understand the different situations encountered in the context of compilation and examination missions, and to offer adapted support to meet the needs of each person
- Showing flexibility, openness, and a strong team spirit in order to work with diverse teams, adapt to different learning styles, and contribute to skill development
