ENGINEER IN CHARGE OF ELECTROMECHANICAL BUILDING PROJECTS

Manpower Engineering is looking for an engineer in charge of electromechanical building projects to join a dynamic team and participate in various projects in mechanical building design.

Main responsibilities

• Ensure complete project management.
• Participate in design as well as plan and estimate development.
• Plan and coordinate the work of designers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Write and revise studies, technical reports, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with various professionals involved in projects.
• Attend coordination meetings and present technical solutions to clients.
• Perform site supervision when necessary.

Profile sought

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in building mechanics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in building mechanics, a significant asset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Interest in technical aspects and design.
