Job Requirements :

  • Education or Experience : Diploma in secretarial work, customer service (or related studies), OR 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.

  • Language Skills : Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English) is a significant asset to serve our diverse clientele.

  • Computer Skills : Strong skills with the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Prioritization Management : Excellent time management, organization, and ability to manage priorities effectively.

  • Interpersonal Skills : Conscientious, autonomous, motivated person with strong relational and communication skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Communication Management : Respond professionally to customer emails and incoming calls.

  • Needs Analysis : Accurately identify and assess customer needs to propose adapted solutions.

  • Problem Resolution : Handle customer complaints and claims effectively and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

  • Quality Assurance and Follow-up : Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and rigorously follow established communication procedures and guidelines for handling calls.

  • Collaboration and Support : Work in synergy with the team and perform any other related tasks assigned by management to support business growth.
