- Perform the hanging, unhanging, and packaging of aluminum profiles on the aerial painting line;
- Package products using automated or manual systems;
- Perform visual inspections and verify the quality of products;
- Perform various related tasks related to operations;

Requirements:
- Completed high school diploma (DES) or equivalent (Asset);
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (Asset).
- Availability to work during the day, evening, or night, according to operational needs.
Benefits
. Posting of positions by seniority allowing access to different shifts and advancement to operator positions offering higher pay (Paid internal training)
. Obtaining competency cards (Forklift, Overhead crane, Elevating platform; according to the needs of the position)
. 40-hour workweek schedule. Day: from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Evening: from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Night: from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
. Starting salary of $30.33/hr (minus $1/hr during the 60-day probationary period)
. Salary of $33.70 after 1 year of service.
. Annual salary adjustment provided for in the collective agreement each year.
. Shift premium: evening $1.50/hr - night $2.50/hr.
. Group insurance offered after the probationary period.
. Retirement plan: RRSP/DPSP with 6% employer contribution.
