Remote Work - Government Customer Service, French or Bilingual

What We Offer

• Hourly wage of $17.00.
• Bilingual bonus of $1.50 per hour, if applicable.
• Hourly premium for working on Saturdays. Your Sundays will be free!

Responsibilities

• Answer client calls regarding their upgrade to a smart meter.
• You will call clients to follow up and schedule technician visits.
• Your empathy and commitment to others will help you handle complaints and requests in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Mastery of French, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of English is required to qualify for the bilingual bonus. You will then also be required to answer calls from English-speaking citizens for 10% to 15% of your calls.
• You must be available to work 5 days a week, 20 to 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m., as well as Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• You must have a high-speed Internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and a secure, quiet space, in Quebec.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• A minimum of three years of customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a computerized environment and perform multiple tasks at once.
• Call center experience, a significant asset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
