The role, your impact
As a Food Processing Laborer, you play an essential role in the smooth running of our plant operations. Every day, your work directly contributes to the quality, safety and efficiency of our production line.
In practice, you will be required to:
- Transport, weigh, check and package products.
- Work in different departments of the plant: processing, packaging, cutting and cleaning.
- Perform various related tasks necessary for the smooth running of operations.
- Comply with quality, hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Schedule: day shifts (7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.), evening shifts (3:30 p.m.-12:00 a.m.) available
Daily starting wage: $19.67/hr
Evening shift premium: $2/hr
Salary increase after probationary period
Your strengths for the position
- Training: No specific training required - we offer you complete in-house training.
- Experience: No experience required. Your motivation and commitment make all the difference.
- Skills: Reliability, punctuality, teamwork and a desire to learn.
Working conditions
- Work in a refrigerated environment (approximately -4 C)
