Your Role, Your Impact
As a Food Transformation Laborer, you play an essential role in the smooth operation of our factory operations. Every day, your work contributes directly to the quality, safety, and efficiency of our production chain.
Concretely, you will be called upon to:
- Transport, weigh, check, and pack products.
- Work in different departments of the factory: transformation, packaging, cutting, and cleaning.
- Perform various related tasks necessary for the smooth operation of operations.
- Respect quality, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
Schedule: day and evening shifts available
Daily Hiring Salary: $19.67/hour
Evening Bonus: $2/hour
Salary Increase After Probation Period
Your Assets for the Position
- Training: No specific training required - we offer complete in-house training.
- Experience: No experience required. Your motivation and commitment make all the difference.
- Skills: Reliability, punctuality, team spirit, and desire to learn.
- Working Conditions: :
- Work in a refrigerated environment (around -4 C)
