What we're looking for
We're looking for a sales market coordinator with experience in customer service and technology use. You will be part of a dynamic sales coordination team responsible for supporting customers on our online auction platform. You will participate in collecting information on vehicles, creating profiles, training, and maintaining relationships with customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your customer service experience, technology, and attention to detail.
Your profile
- Detail-oriented: You will ensure the accurate collection and presentation of vehicle information.
- Comfortable with technology: You will effectively use our application and web tools.
- Excellent communicator: You will interact professionally with customers, sales representatives, and partners.
Your missions
- Visit dealerships to inventory vehicles and assess their condition.
- Launch new vehicle profiles on our mobile application for dealers.
- Provide training and resolve technical issues for customers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and potential customers.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in providing high-quality customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
- Familiarity with web and mobile technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
Assets
- Experience in evaluating wholesale vehicles.
- Previous experience in sales or dealership.
- Knowledge of the automotive sector.
