Concierge / Maintenance Person - Superintendent / Handyman

Responsible for about 120 units.

$22.50/hr, full-time, Mon to Fri 9am 4pm

Apartment included after 3-month probation (built into salary)

Annual raise based on reliability and productivity

Duties

Repairs in tenants' apartments

Unit turnovers between tenants and painting

Maintenance of common areas, snow removal, garbage

Unit showings and follow-up with contractors

Requirements

Solid experience in plumbing and heating

Excellent communication with tenants in French and English

Punctual, reliable, available for emergencies

Self-reliant, able to take initiative and diagnose problems

Background and credit check required
