Responsibilities and Tasks

Strategic development of specification markets

• Develop and maintain lasting business relationships with architecture firms, engineering firms, specialized consultants, real estate developers, general contractors, public institutions and major project owners.
• Identify strategic projects from the design phase onward in order to position solutions with professional teams.
• Support architects, engineers and consultants in choosing technical solutions that meet the requirements of their projects.
• Promote the integration of architectural systems into technical specifications, specification documents and design documents.
• Ensure continuous follow-up of projects until completion in order to maintain an active presence with all stakeholders.

Expert consulting and technical support

• Advise professionals on building envelope systems and the architectural solutions developed.
• Interpret plans, specifications and technical documents in order to recommend the most suitable products.
• Collaborate in resolving technical issues that may arise during the various phases of a project.
• Provide technical support to distribution partners, specialized contractors and internal teams.

Innovation, product development and market intelligence

• Collaborate with research and development, engineering, production and marketing teams to evolve the solutions offered.
• Conduct continuous monitoring of new architectural trends, materials, standards and market requirements.
• Relay the needs expressed by architects, engineers and other professionals in order to guide the development of new technical solutions.
• Take part in developing products that meet new requirements for performance, durability and circular economy.

All other related tasks.

Job Requirements

• Education: Ideally, a college or university diploma (or equivalent) in commerce, sales, marketing or a field related to architecture.
• Experience: More than 8 years of experience in commerce, sales, marketing or a field related to architecture.
• Languages: French and English.
