Director of Finance (125K and +)

Plan, direct, and coordinate all operational functions related to accounting;

Produce and interpret the company's consolidated monthly results;

Supervise the production of external financial statements as well as the activities of auditors;

Manage the annual and quarterly budgeting process;

Evaluate existing systems, recommend improvements, and implement new processes;

Develop and monitor the company's performance measures;

Supervise regulatory obligations (taxation, payroll, CCQ)

Train and mobilize a qualified and engaged accounting team.

Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on accounting;

Recognized accounting title (CPA, CMA, CPA CA or CPA CGA)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management

Experience with Fidélio (an asset)

Mastery of advanced Excel and good knowledge of the Office Suite

Intermediate English;

Management and team work skills;

Proactivity and ability to optimize accounting processes;
