Challenges offered

  • Ensure the quality and uniformity of the submission process and make improvements;

  • If needed, assist the sales team during client meetings for the submission and detailed explanation of a bid;

  • Ensure project planning based on available human and material resources;

  • Provide technical support to project managers;

  • Conduct site visits as needed to support field team coordination;

  • If needed, participate in project negotiations by supporting the project management team and the sales team;

  • Organize and plan employees' daily work;

  • Manage the budget;

  • Ensure quality communication and synergy with other departments.

Valued qualities

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering;

  • 5 years of experience in electrical installation and project management;

  • Excellent knowledge of the electrical code and products and materials used in industrial electrical installation;

  • Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office software;

  • Functional knowledge of English (an asset for discussions with our partners);

  • Excellent ability to negotiate and solve problems;

  • Leadership, initiative, and analytical and rigorous spirit.

Valued qualities
  • University degree in electrical engineering or automated production engineering;

  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec;

  • Knowledge of programming of automates in ladder language and structured text;

  • Knowledge of Schneider PLC and HMI (Unity Pro, SoMachine, EcoStruxure, Vijeo);

  • Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC and HMI (RsLogix 500, Studio 5000, FT View, FT optix);

  • Knowledge of Omron and Siemens PLC (an asset);

  • Knowledge of industrial instrumentation and control (control panels);

  • Intermediate to advanced level of English;

  • Knowledge of computer science: Office Suite;

  • Interest in management.
