Occupational Health and Safety Advisor

THE POSITION
The person in this position acts as an expert advisor in prevention, serving all STO sites. They contribute to promoting a culture of prevention by advising and informing managers regarding the application and interpretation of Part II of the Canada Labour Code, its regulations and related standards, in order to ensure the organization's legal compliance. They also play an expert advisory role in various prevention committees and initiatives.

Requirements

• Holding a bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, industrial relations, or human resources management, or any other relevant combination.
• Three years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of applicable legislation regarding occupational health and safety.
• Mastery of the Windows environment.
