As a wireless sales consultant, you are a customer experience expert in wireless service. You contribute to our culture where you will work, learn and grow for our customers and associates. Passionate about wireless technology, you continuously enrich your knowledge by committing to pursue your personal development and interact with the team of the largest stores and other business units to share your expertise. Mainly a sales representative position, you help our individual and business customers achieve their work and learning goals by sharing your knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for the latest wireless products, services and trends.

More specifically, you will be responsible for

  • Connecting, sharing and establishing partnerships with customers, determining and converting wireless and wired product sales opportunities
  • Helping customers by meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations. Being a product and service expert for our company. Following up with customers and soliciting feedback on sales; promoting additional products and services that create value
  • Collaborating with the entire store team to promote offers. Generating enthusiasm for wireless and encouraging recommendations
  • Achieving personal sales targets
  • Maintaining the company's merchandising standards, including current prices
  • Promoting compliance with asset protection procedures and confidentiality standards
  • Staying up-to-date through various internal communication channels (mobile app, intranet, bulletin boards, etc.) Resolving customer concerns effectively and involving management as needed

The Qualifications

Some prerequisites

  • 3 months to 1 year of sales experience or particularly wireless product sales experience
  • HAVING a customer-focused and service-oriented approach
  • Demonstrating good sales skills
  • Showing ability to lead others
  • Ability to communicate with customers effectively using a variety of methods
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize effectively to fulfill daily responsibilities and serve our customers
  • Technical knowledge
