Bilingual Recruiter – Driver Division (Part-Time)

We are seeking a part-time Bilingual Recruiter based in Quebec to join our internal Driver Division. You will help connect qualified commercial drivers with opportunities while supporting our transportation clients. If you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and keeping a busy recruitment process organized, we would like to hear from you.

What You Will Do

• Source and recruit commercial drivers, including Class 1 and Class 3 drivers, for opportunities in Quebec.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews in French and English.
• Assess candidates’ driving experience, qualifications, availability, and suitability for client requirements.
• Collect and review driver documentation, including licences, driving records, references, and required certifications.
• Coordinate client interviews, onboarding, and assignment start dates.
• Clearly communicate job duties, schedules, compensation, and assignment expectations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in our applicant tracking system.
• Build a pipeline of qualified drivers through job postings, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Follow up with drivers and clients to support successful placements.
• Work with BTG’s recruitment and operations teams to meet hiring priorities and recruitment targets.

What You Bring

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English, allowing you to support French-speaking drivers and clients in Quebec and communicate with English-speaking candidates, clients, and BTG colleagues.
• Previous recruitment experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, or staffing.
• Familiarity with Quebec commercial driver licence classes and driver hiring requirements.
• Strong interviewing, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Confidence using email, Microsoft Office, and recruitment systems.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on commitments.
• A professional approach to handling confidential candidate information.
