Who are we?

Village des Valeurs is part of the Savers store family. We are a for-profit global retailer of second-hand items, offering lightly used, high-quality clothing, accessories, and household goods. Our "Rethink and Reuse" business model, encompassing purchases, resale, and recycling, provides communities with a smart way to shop and prevents over 700 million pounds of used goods from ending up in landfills each year. We also help over 100 non-profit organizations by purchasing donated items, providing them with a source of revenue to support their essential community programs and services.

We operate over 300 stores. Our brands are Value Village (in Canada and the U.S.), Village des Valeurs (in Quebec), Savers (in the U.S.), 2nd Avenue (in the U.S.), Unique (in the U.S.), and Savers in Australia.

At Village des Valeurs, our customer service associates provide an excellent experience for our customers, donors, and other team members. We offer full-time and part-time positions for customer service associates.
