
The Opportunity
Responsible for billing and various administrative tasks of the service department
The Role
- Bill all work performed by the service according to the rates and requirements of different clients

Prepare purchase orders in the system

Order workshop supplies (tools, parts, various products, health and safety equipment, etc.)

Enter technicians' time cards into the system

Coordinate equipment and attachments entering and leaving the yard

Inspect units before departure and upon return

Enter maintenance contracts into the system and keep the schedule up to date

Plan the parts required for maintenance

Maintain the SIMDUT book up to date

Assist dispatchers when required (answer phone, open work orders, etc.)

Prepare payroll
-
Maintain the file of absences and vacations up to date
The Candidate
- Education: College diploma or post-secondary education
- Professional experience: 3 to 5 years of related experience in service-related operations, parts, supply chain, or product support
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the heavy equipment or truck and bus industry is an asset
- Skills: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
