Team Leader / Retail Area Supervisor

About The Role

Brand Momentum Inc. is looking for a dynamic and driven Retail Team Lead who will take on a dual role: acting as a field Sales Representative while also supervising and supporting a team of Sales Experts within an assigned territory. You will play a key part in building strong retail partnerships, driving sales performance, and ensuring compliance and alignment with client expectations.

This is a hands-on role best suited for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building strong relationships, and leads by example. If you're passionate about retail, motivated by performance, and skilled in mentoring others to success, we want to hear from you.

• Location: Gatineau / Ottawa

• Position: Full time hourly (40 hrs per week)

• Start date: ASAP

• Contract till December 31, 2025 (with the possibility of extension to a permanent role if successful)

• Bilingual: English/French

• Must have access to a car
