Elite Immobilier is seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant & Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is vital in providing administrative support to our general directors while managing the front desk at our head office.
What we’re looking for
- Diploma or certification in secretarial studies, office administration, or similar field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written French; working knowledge of English.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, management software, and phone systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, tenants, partners, and suppliers at the reception desk and over the phone.
- Handle mail, deliveries, emails, agendas, and general inquiries.
- Provide direct administrative support to the general directors (document prep, file tracking, meeting logistics, etc.).
