The Role
We are seeking a passionate, flexible, and heart-led Instructor Therapist/Teacher to join us in co-creating safe, meaningful learning experiences for our students. This is an on-site, contract position located in Ottawa, ON.
As part of a collaborative team, you will:
Implement individualized, strengths-based educational and therapeutic programming
Conduct observations and create responsive, dynamic lesson plans
Deliver evidence-informed interventions rooted in regulation, connection, and relationship
Monitor each child's progress with curiosity and compassion — not pressure
