Position Scope:
Reporting to the Director, This HRBP role requires fluency in both English and French, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse teams. The HRBP Advisor performs HR duties for their client groups throughout Canada, acts as the key point of contact from HR with this client group and is the internal subject matter expert on employee and labor relations.

Leadership and Employee Support
- Provide guidance to managers on handling employee and labor-related concerns.
- Offer support in collective bargaining and union contract management.
- Ensure company policies are clearly understood and followed.
- Advise and assist with employee correspondence, communications, and a variety of workplace situations.
- Act as an independent, impartial resource for staff and managers on Employee & Labour Relations issues to foster a positive work environment.
