Project Manager - Urban Infrastructures

Your Responsibilities

• Perform administrative management of mandates;
• Communicate with clients and other project stakeholders;
• Coordinate and supervise technical teams assigned to projects;
• Verify technical estimates and cost estimates;
• Verify calculation notes;
• Participate in the development of schedules and deadlines;
• Participate in the realization of drainage and hydraulic studies;
• Perform design (sizing of sewer and water networks, retention works, leveling plans, street profiles and templates...) from preliminary concepts, estimates, and calculations;
• Verify drawings and plans to ensure their accuracy with respect to the specifications;
• Manage construction sites from the office (contractual clauses, surveillance, measurements, change management, acceptance...');
• Participate in the preparation of bids, service offers, and contracts;
• Participate in the training and development of junior staff.

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or Civil Engineering;
• Member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in municipal infrastructure;
• Experience in design and construction supervision;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software (an asset);
• Knowledge of PCSWMM software.
