What you will do

• Become an expert in our products and brands to help families navigate every moment from baby stage to size 14
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting. Provide assistance regarding our product styles, features, and benefits
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers
• Consistently model service standards and omnichannel experience while training others for success
• Lead and implement an assigned commercial area of focus through detailed planning and monitoring
• Perform supervisor duties as a Shift Leader by driving results and addressing customer concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
• Use customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity in order to implement measures that drive results
