You will guide and support a team of warehouse associates, oversee inventory accuracy, and maintain operational standards. Key Responsibilities Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch. Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counting and reconciliation processes. Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse. Operate warehouse equipment as needed, adhering to all safety protocols. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the warehouse operations. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with some leadership or lead hand experience. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures. Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy items as required. Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and follow instructions diligently.
