Inventory and Warehouse Manager

Branchaud is one of the most important retailers of furniture, appliances, electronics and computer equipment in Western Quebec, and the largest seller of residential, commercial and industrial flooring in the Outaouais and Hautes-Laurentides.

The field of handling and warehouse environment appeal to you? The Warehouse Supervisor handles, moves, loads and unloads merchandise by hand or using various handling devices and equipment. He works in the branch warehouse and ensures the smooth operation of shipping, receiving and storage operations. Coordinates and executes activities related to storage, receiving, shipping and inventory;

• Loads, unloads and moves products and merchandise by hand or using handling equipment;
• Performs other functions related to handling, such as counting, sorting, packing and unpacking various products;
• Management of other warehouse employees;
• Ensures compliance with workplace safety measures in the warehouse;
• Verifies received merchandise to ensure it conforms to the purchase order;
• Verifies merchandise to be shipped;
• Controls inventory and participates in taking inventory of the ''stock'';
• Permanent and full-time employment - 40 hours per week - from Monday to Friday;
• Group insurance program for paramedical and dental care (after six (6) months of continuous service);
• Employee Assistance Program (EAP);
• High school diploma or equivalent knowledge;
• Proficiency with computer tools (OFFICE suite);
• Forklift driver's license (an asset);
• One (1) to less than two (2) years of experience in a warehouse (an asset).
