Your role as a security agent

• Each day is different. You may be called upon to:
• Control access to facilities and welcome the public
• Conduct regular patrols inside and outside
• Respond quickly to situations and incidents on site
• Monitor security systems and write reports
• Work according to a typical unionized security schedule (days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, on rotation)

What we are looking for

• Professional attitude, reliability, and maturity
• Customer service skills and good communication abilities
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods, regardless of the weather
• Basic computer skills (email, report writing)
• Be eligible for a Secret level security clearance (SPAC) – two pieces of government-issued identification required
• BSP permit: a significant asset (if you don't have one, we help you get it with our free training)
