Salary: starting at $21.75/hour + $2 evening shift premium + $2 RUSH BONUS (October 5 to November 27)

Schedule: Average of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, evening shift.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Operate a Raymond stand-up forklift / order picker.
• Perform order preparation using a scanner system
• Be comfortable working at height safely and efficiently
• Complete the various receiving and shipping documents
• Carry out the receiving and shipping of merchandise
• Comply with health and safety policies and procedures
• Take part in the general upkeep of the warehouse

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience operating Order Picker / Raymond stand-up equipment
• Experience in order preparation with an RF scanner
• Good accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to quickly resolve simple problems
• Good physical fitness, able to lift from 5kg to 20kg and comfortable working at height
• Experience with a Raymond stand-up or order picker forklift
• Forklift operator certification (asset)
• Sense of organization and autonomy
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Experience in a distribution warehouse (asset)
• Experience in the tire industry (asset)
