It's first and foremost about people
For over 45 years, the Quebec Cancer Foundation has been lending a helping hand — and with its heart in the right place — to support, every day, the thousands of Quebecers affected by cancer, as well as their loved ones. Thanks to the funds collected, we deploy physical well-being and psychological support programs, and provide accommodation in our Regional Centers in Gatineau, Lévis, Montréal, Québec, Rouyn-Noranda, Sherbrooke, and Trois-Rivières, among others. We have the largest oncology accommodation network in the entire province (which is no small feat!). We also don't forget about young people: our Programme à Félix is specifically designed for 15- to 39-year-olds to offer them tailored support. And no matter where people live in Quebec, our Info-cancer Services are there to answer their questions, listen to them, and comfort them, without judgment or a robot on the other end of the line.
But the Foundation is also a workplace where it's good to live. A warm, flexible, and human place where teamwork isn't just about Teams meetings. Here, every voice counts, every idea has its place, and support isn't just for patients: it's for us too. Because taking care of others starts with taking care of our own world. And we firmly believe in well-being at work — with coffee galore and guaranteed laughter (or almost!). Besides, our "Bien au travail" certification isn't just for show — come see for yourself.
