Acura Gatineau is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join its growing team.

• Main responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and offer them a high-end shopping experience.
• Evaluate customers' needs and advise them on Acura vehicles as well as products and services tailored to their needs.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Presentation and sale of a range of new and used luxury vehicles, offering an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Closely collaborate with the finance, insurance, and after-sales service departments to offer an exceptional customer experience.
• Stay informed about new Acura products, promotions, and automotive market trends.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the dealership.
• Qualifications sought:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in automotive sales, ideally within a luxury vehicle dealership.
• Excellent customer service and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Autonomous, motivated, results-oriented person with a strong sense of initiative.
• Professional presentation and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Bilingualism (French and English) considered a significant asset.
