La Karatéthèque & Club de Boxe de Gatineau is looking for sales and customer development representatives to continue its growth among families, individuals, and organizations in the region.

YOUR MISSION

Your role will be to develop our customer base, create new opportunities, present our programs, and turn prospects into new customers.

You will have access to several sources of prospects and several sales development methods.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

• Presenting the Discovery Program and our various programs;
• Understanding the needs of families and clients;
• Following up on prospects;
• Reaching out to former clients and former prospects;
• Communicating with people who have shown interest in our services, particularly through our website;
• Working with lists of prospects and contacts provided by the company;
• Developing new B2B opportunities with businesses, organizations, and potential partners;
• Conducting direct prospecting in the field, including door-to-door when this method is appropriate;
• Using different means of communication to reach prospects;
• Presenting our offers and handling registrations;
• Ensuring follow-up until conversion;
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets.

A MULTICHANNEL SALES APPROACH

The position is not solely based on door-to-door sales.

You will develop your customer base from various sources:

Prospects provided by the company, former clients, former prospects, contacts from the website, lists of prospects, B2B development, field prospecting, new business opportunities

The goal is to create contacts, identify needs, present our solutions, close sales, and develop a lasting customer base.

COMPENSATION AND COMMISSIONS

Potential compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 per year based on performance

UNLIMITED COMMISSIONS

The more you develop your customer base and make sales, the more your compensation can increase.

Your revenue potential is not capped.

We have a compensation structure designed to reward performance and results.
