Director of Funeral Operations Gatineau

Join Les Jardins du Souvenir as a Director of Funeral Operations in Gatineau. This full-time position will allow you to lead funeral services with expertise and compassion. As a leader under general management, you will be responsible for the overall success of the Funeral Home.

This role requires in-depth management skills, with at least 5 years of experience in the funeral sector. You will plan and supervise while supporting the development of your team through continuous training and good human resources management. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise activities related to funeral services
• Manage personnel and administer the service budget
• Encourage the integration and welcoming of new employees
• Resolve customer complaints as needed
• Develop new funeral products and services Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in funeral management
• Mastery of MS Office tools and Acomba software
• Perfectly bilingual, French and English
• Knowledge of Pérennia software an asset
