Your role

• Anticipate the needs of our customers and always prioritize them in all your actions;
• Train, lead and motivate colleagues to achieve results and promote their growth;
• Ensure compliance with operational and merchandising standards;
• Be accountable for departmental sales results and financial objectives.

What we're looking for

• Exceptional customer service and customer loyalty skills;
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience specific to the department
• Ability to create a positive work environment by maintaining friendly relationships with colleagues and encouraging their participation;
• Experience in retail management or the food service industry;
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays in a unionized environment.
