As a warehouse worker, you ensure optimal, rigorous and proactive management of parts and goods destined for the workshops to guarantee the fluidity of mechanical operations, avoid service interruptions and support the overall performance of the workshop.

Your daily life

  • Receive, verify and store parts and goods according to established standards, ensuring complete traceability and precise location of each item.
  • Prepare and distribute parts to mechanics, ensuring that every departure is associated with an active work order.
  • Collaborate with the buyer on operations to transmit internal requests and anticipate replenishment needs based on stock levels.
  • Ensure follow-up of inter-branch transfers and maintain effective communication with the concerned teams.
  • Perform regular stock checks, including cyclical and annual counts, report discrepancies and keep the inventory of unused parts up to date to contribute to their reintroduction or redistribution.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse in a safe, clean and accessible manner, thus promoting the efficiency of operations and the safety of personnel.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of stock management processes, including the implementation of best practices, automated monitoring and performance tools.

Your profile

  • Two (2) years of experience in a similar position;
  • Diploma completed;
  • Mastery of Outlook, Word and Excel software;
  • Bilingualism (an asset);
  • Customer-oriented and demonstrating excellent team spirit;
  • Autonomous and well-organized.
