LUMA, la Boulangerie du Vieux-Hull is an artisanal bakery-café located in the heart of downtown Gatineau.

We emphasize a human approach, homemade products, quality ingredients and a strong local identity.

Your role

As a baker·pastry chef, you will be at the heart of artisanal production.

### Responsibilities

• Daily bread production (sourdough, baguette, multigrain, etc.)
• Production of viennoiseries and pastries (brioche, biscuits, etc.)
• Management of fermentation and sourdough starter
• Dough preparation and baking
• Maintaining quality and consistency standards
• Organization of the workstation and management of raw materials
• Compliance with hygiene standards (MAPAQ)

Desired profile

• Experience in bakery or pastry (a major asset)
• Autonomy and a sense of organization
• Rigor and attention to detail
• Ability to work early in the morning (start around 6 a.m., bread ready by 11 a.m.)
• Interest in artisanal products and quality workmanship
