We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team.

Job Description

• Greet customers and prepare repair orders for their vehicles.
• Recommend safety inspections, lubrication services, and detailing work.
• Explain to customers the nature of the maintenance or repair work to be performed and the estimated time required.
• Prepare and explain the repair invoice to customers.
• Be responsible for thoroughly following up on customer vehicle repairs to ensure clear communication, efficient service, and optimal satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable position
• Bilingual – French and English (spoken and written)
• High school diploma (or equivalent) minimum
• Hold a driver's license

Working Hours

Monday to Friday from 7:30 am-5:00 pm

Salary

Annual salary based on experience between $40,000 and $80,000 including bonus

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bilingual – French and English (spoken and written).
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Valid driver’s license.
