Weekend schedule - permanent full-time

The Role, Your Impact

As a Production Machinery Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

• Manage a maintenance team;
• Ensure the efficiency of the department;
• Enforce HACCP and SQF standards and produce the required documentation;
• Ensure health and safety management within the department;
• Carry out preventive maintenance management;
• Maintain sound working relationships;
• Collaborate harmoniously with other departments, internal and external clients;
• Be able to perform and/or assist with troubleshooting tasks.

Your Assets for This Position

We are looking for a person with the following skills for the Production Machinery Maintenance Supervisor position :

Education: College or vocational training in industrial equipment maintenance or a related field;

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, supervision in a unionized environment, knowledge of the HACCP program (August);

Skills: Sense of priorities and analysis, good communication, leadership, excellent computer skills.
