Your role
Within our Gatineau certification team, you will play a key role in carrying out mandates for a diverse clientele. Thanks to your technical expertise, your sense of organization and your collaborative approach, you will contribute to the quality of deliverables submitted to clients while accompanying team members in their development and success.
Concretely, you will have to
- Establish and prepare certification strategies for assigned clients and submit them for approval;
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of work at clients;
- Plan certain less complex certification mandates and submit them for approval;
- Supervise, delegate and actively participate in the realization of certification mandates;
- Prepare deliverables intended for clients, including financial statements, additional notes, supporting documents and tax returns, and then submit them for review;
- Prepare work sheets, analytical procedures and less complex certification programs;
- Act as a resource person for team members by accompanying them in resolving technical issues;
- Collaborate in maintaining and improving the quality of work performed;
- Participate, as needed, in the firm's recruitment activities.
You could be the ideal person if you have
- Bachelor's degree and DESS in accounting;
- CPA auditor professional title;
- More than two years of relevant experience in certification;
- Good knowledge of verification procedures and accounting principles;
- Ability to supervise mandates and mobilize team members towards achieving common goals;
- Excellent team work skills and ability to develop professional relationships of trust with clients;
- Professional judgment, autonomy and sense of organization;
- Good mastery of French;
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and relevant specialized software for practice.
